Wallet-sized Safety Plan

Tool to use for creating a safety plan for yourself or with someone to assist in coping with suicidal thoughts and/or behaviors.

Please be specific when ordering: Placing an order for quantity of one (1) means you would like one (1) wallet-sized safety plan card; not one (1) package of 50. If you want more than one (1) please specify the quantity desired e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.
