FDA Standardization Procedures Manual - This is a pocket edition 5.5" x 8.5" of the manual.  This manual should be used by Environmental Health Specialists going through the field standardization exercise.  It contains qualifications for standardization and marking instructions for each violation.  This manual can also be used in standard practice during routine food safety inspections.
