This document can be used to assist Early Child Care (ECE) providers in making informed decisions about their childcare building or home after reviewing the property checklist and identified potential hazards.  Topics discussed include lead, private well water, septic symptoms, radon, asbestos, mold, clandestine labs/meth labs, chemical contamination, funding opportunities, and additional resources.
